2021 was a big year for all, honestly it was one of the busiest, craziest, exciting and most productive years ever for us.
We have some fantastic things coming in 2022 and I am excited to continue to share our work with you (watch out for some beautiful properties soon to be hitting your feeds). It is impossible to predict what will happen throughout 2022 (unless you have a crystal ball) but many signs point to another jam packed and action filled Brisbane market (even if it’s a tad slower than the end of 2021), it’s set to be a great year. Gem Property Co is well and truly prepared for it all. While we continued to work over the Xmas and New Year break, we managed to get the rest we needed, ready for a bright 2022 with our clients.
We are still experiencing strong buyer demand which means that there isn’t enough stock on the ground to cater for it, as more and more people head to the Sunshine states capital and more Brisbanites hunt for their dream home. The only foreseeable factor that could impact the continued growth is a rise in interest rates, even with this in mind Brisbane property prices are set to continue to rise. Many of our clients are already gearing up for this new and exciting year of property!
